We currently ship to Germany and the United Arab Emirates.
Deadline for orders: 10:00 p.m. (CET)
For both countries:
Orders typically ship within 1 to 6 days (Monday to Friday) .
The quality delivery time is 3-7 days (Monday to Friday) .


Shipping costs: Shipping is free for all orders.

Although we endeavor to meet the above shipping and delivery dates, we are not liable for any delays in delivery.


Changes to the order

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the returns procedure as soon as you receive the item.


article not received

If you have placed an order and have not yet received the goods even though the tracking status shows that it has been delivered. Please contact the carrier to locate your bags as we have no control over the item once it has been bagged by the carrier. However, if the problem persists, please write to us at kontakt@ozerty-deutschland.com and we will do our best to help you and solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Sometimes tracking information is not available. This could be due to technical issues that prevent tracking information from updating in the app. In such cases, if you still cannot find your item, contact us at kontakt@ozerty-deutschland.com and we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.


Damage

Ozerty-deutschland.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
