The order will be processed between 1 and 6 working days and the standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days .
If less than 14 business days have passed, all you need to do is be patient, your item is on its way!
If your order has still not arrived in full after a maximum of 14 working days , please contact us so that we can check the tracking code and resend if necessary.
To track your order, click the Track my order link and enter your tracking code. It was emailed to you within 6 days of your purchase.
If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder. If it is not available, please contact us so that we can provide you with further information.
We currently only deliver to Germany. We are working on opening more shops for other countries.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team via email with a photo or video of the problem you encountered and we will promptly send you a new item. If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), please check your spam emails, we answer 100% of emails. Otherwise, contact us by telephone.
Yes, please first contact us via email to open a support ticket confirming your intention to return the item for exchange and complete the return process.
