Return and Refund Procedure


Return Policy for Returns

If you change your mind, all items can be returned within 30 days from the day after you receive your order. To ensure that the return process runs smoothly, please inform us by email to kontakt@ozerty-deutschland.com.

We only accept returns due to customer remorse under the following conditions:

  • the article is new and unused.
  • For items that have a manufacturer's seal, the manufacturer's seal must not be open.
  • The item must not be damaged due to customer handling or use.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all original accessories.


Policy for returning damaged, incorrect or dysfunctional products

If the products in your order are damaged, faulty or non-functional, please contact us directly by email at kontakt@ozerty-deutschland.com.

In the above case, you have 30 days to return these products and receive a refund or replacement. This period begins the day after we receive your order. This includes items that become defective within 30 days of receipt of the order.

You will not be charged return shipping costs if you return an item that arrives damaged, incorrect or non-functional, as we will cover the shipping costs in the return label.


Return an order

Contact us by email at kontakt@ozerty-deutschland.com and state the reason for your return. We will send you the RMA return label depending on the reason for your return. Shipping costs will be covered on the return label.

Pack the item cleanly and carefully and send it off.

Cancellation of an order

You have 24 hours before the item(s) are shipped to cancel your order.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the return policy above that corresponds to the reason for your return.


Lost shipments

If at least 2 days have passed since the scheduled delivery date, please contact our customer service by email at kontakt@ozerty-deutschland.com and give us at least 5 days to investigate the whereabouts of the item with the courier company. If we are unable to track your shipment after the 5 days of investigation, the shipment will be reported lost and you will be entitled to a full refund or we will send you a replacement if you request.


Refund Procedure

The refund will be issued once your product has arrived at our warehouse and been checked by our team. Once approved, it will take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be processed through the order's original payment method.


guarantee

All products are covered by a legal guarantee of three months against manufacturing defects or other defects when the product is used normally. Any misuse of the product resulting in breakage or other defects is not covered by the warranty. If you discover a defect in your product during the first three months of use, please contact us at kontakt@ozerty-deutschland.com so that we can organize the return of the defective product to repair or replace it if not can be repaired.
