If we fail to deliver your order by Ozerty's latest estimated delivery date, you will receive a €5 credit within 48 hours of that date. This credit will be emailed to you as a promo code and can be used on your next order.

Immediate replacement for damaged items

If you receive your package and find that some items have been lost or damaged in transit, please be assured that we will promptly arrange an immediate replacement for these items.

Immediate replacement if package is lost

If your package does not have tracking updates while in transit for more than 15 days, you have the option to request a free reshipment. If the original package does eventually arrive, you are allowed to keep it free of charge and there is no need to return it.

30 day forwarding in case of non-delivery

If your package is not delivered within 30 days, you can request free reshipment. If no action is taken within 35 days, we will automatically resend it. If it arrives later, you can keep it at no additional cost and do not have to return it.
